Filler
The machines from XFilPak are appropriate for a precise transfer of products from the weigher to the packing if you require a high-quality dosing and filling system. The contents are precisely separated, portioned, and placed into your package all at once, considerably enhancing line capacity. The machines can be upgraded with a number of different features. Leafy vegetables, for instance, can be pressed or tamped down. This makes sure that the product stays below the edge of the tray and that the packaging is used efficiently.
Tray Filler
The T-300 filling system makes sure that the portions from the multihead weigher are accurately distributed to the trays on the single lane conveyor. The pieces are moved into the filling hoppers from the buffer hoppers. On the transportation system, the trays are placed first, and the filling hoppers are subsequently positioned vertically (servo controlled) above them. The funnels are vertically moved into or slightly above the ready trays on the transportation system. The product is then (optionally) forced into the tray with a servo-controlled pressing/tamping mechanism after the filling hoppers have been emptied. The tooling can be changed extremely quickly. This enables a rapid switch between various tray sizes. For single-lane filling of solid items like (mixed) vegetables, mussels, shrimp, olives, shawarma, chicken fillets, ground beef, and other food kinds, the machine is ideally suited.
Clamshell Filler
The C-300 filling system makes sure that the portions from the multihead weigher are accurately distributed to the trays on the single lane conveyor. The pieces are moved into the filling hoppers from the buffer hoppers. On the transportation system, the trays are placed first, and the filling hoppers are subsequently positioned vertically (servo controlled) above them. The funnels are vertically moved into or slightly above the ready trays on the transportation system. The product is then (optionally) forced into the tray with a servo-controlled pressing/tamping mechanism after the filling hoppers have been emptied. After that, a fresh cycle begins. The clamshells after filling process and pressing they will go to closing station to close lid with a pneumatic controlled. The tooling can be changed extremely quickly. This enables a rapid switch between various tray sizes. For single-lane filling of solid items like (mixed) vegetables, Baby leaves, fruits, chicken fillets, Salad and other food kinds, the machine is ideally suited.
